Connecting Psychological Research
with Everyday Life

I created Mind in Context because I believe psychology should not remain only in textbooks. It should help us better understand ourselves, connect with others, and make sense of everyday life.

My Journey

A growing journey of learning, research, service, and sharing psychology with others.

Before 2023- Personal Curiosity

Psychology first became personal to me. I began reading about anxiety, overthinking, and human behavior because I wanted to better understand my own thoughts and reactions. Over time, that curiosity grew beyond understanding myself- I became interested in how psychological ideas could be made easier for others to understand, too.
